This rental is for a doctoral gown only (black velvet for Ph.D. candidates, color velvet indicated with medical degrees).

- A $15 late fee will be applied on Monday March 2,2026
- An additional $20 late fee will be applied on Monday March 23, 2026
- Last day to reserve a rental for Spring 2026 is April 8, 2026
- Rentals can be picked up at the MSU Union Tower Room on the fourth floor on April 29th-30th, between 10 AM- 6 PM
- Rentals are due back on May 4th, 2026 by 5 PM.
