Instructions for Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

As a European Union customer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal form provided on this page.

How to submit your withdrawal request

1. Enter your full name, email address, and order number in the form.
2. Submit the form to declare your withdrawal.
3. Your order details, including your address, will be retrieved automatically from your order information.
4. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal request by email.

Submitting the form constitutes a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Important information

• The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
• You do not need to provide a reason for your withdrawal.
• After submitting your request, you must return the goods within 14 days.
• Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
