Shipping and Delivery
All orders will be processed within 4 business days from time of purchase. You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number during processing.
Items directly from the vendor may include a flat rate shipping charge that will be added to any other shipping charges at the end of your order. Please see individual product description for information. Tracking information will be provided on vendor-direct orders upon shipment.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported to Spartan Spirit Shop within one year of order date. We reserve the right to deny replacement or issue refunds after 60 days.
Return Policy
Returns with a Valid Receipt
Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase. For the quickest return, please save your receipt and keep tags on the merchandise. With your valid receipt, we will offer you a merchandise voucher, exchange, refund cash or charge credit, depending on the method of payment. Purchase made by check will be refunded by merchandise voucher.
Returns without a Valid Receipt
If you no longer have the receipt, we will be glad to exchange the item or give you a merchandise voucher for the lowest selling price of the product within the last year. If you do not have a receipt, you must provide acceptable identification. We reserve the right to deny any return. Therefore, we encourage you to present your sales receipt whenever possible.

Please include a copy of your order with instructions for a refund or exchange. You will be contacted by a Spartan Spirit Shop representative with more information once the item has been received. If exchanges are available, they will be sent at no extra charge.
Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Spartan Spirit Shop reserves the right to refuse any return and to make changes to our policy at any time.
Specific requirements apply in certain departments regarding defective merchandise:
- Golf clubs: We will send your club to the vendor for repair if within the warranty period.
- Golf bags: We will send your golf bag to the vendor for repair if within the warranty period.
Clearance items are final sales. No returns or exchanges.

We are unable to process tax exempt purchases online. Please call 517-355-5116 for further information.
We cannot process Spartan Spirit Shop gift cards online. Please visit or contact any Spartan Spirit Shop location for more details.
All promotions exclude graduation-related items and golf and tennis equipment unless specified by the Spartan Spirit Shop.
