Doctoral Rental Regalia

We offer PhD and Doctoral Rental Packages and individual item rentals for MSU faculty, students, and guest hooders attending MSU graduation ceremonies.

Fall 2023 Rental Information

A $15 late fee will be applied on October 30, 2023

An additional $20 late fee will be applied on November 17, 2023

Last day to reserve a rental for Fall 2023 is November 29, 2023

Rental reservations can be picked up December 13-14 at the MSU Union- 4th floor Tower Room. Spartan Spirit Shop is located on the 1st floor.

Our vendor provides us with strict deadlines in order to meet our scheduled times for candidates to pick up their regalia the week before their ceremony. If you've missed the deadline, we order extras that will be available on a first come, first served basis starting Thursday, Dec 3, 2023, at 10am. You or someone on your behalf may come to our store located on the 1st floor of the MSU Union that day to rent regalia. The cost is $125 +tax.
