Doctoral Rental Regalia
We offer PhD and Doctoral Rental Packages and individual item rentals for MSU faculty, students, and guest hooders attending MSU graduation ceremonies.
- A $15 late fee will be applied on Monday March 17, 2025
- An additional $20 late fee will be applied on Friday April 7, 2025
- Last day to reserve a rental for Spring 2025 is April 20, 2025
- Rental reservations can be picked up April 29-May 1 from 10 AM-6 PM, at the MSU Union- 4th floor Tower Room. Spartan Spirit Shop is located on the 1st floor
- Michigan 6% sales tax is included in the price of this item
Our vendor provides us with strict deadlines in order to meet our scheduled times for candidates to pick up their regalia the week of their ceremony. If you've missed the deadline, we order extras that will be available on a first come, first served basis starting Wednesday April 30,2025, at 10am. You or someone on your behalf may come to our store located on the 1st floor of the MSU Union that day to rent regalia. The cost is $125 +tax.
